업비트 - [안내] 보안등급 레벨5 추가 안내 (암호화폐 1일 출금한도 상향)

11월 26일 부로 보안등급 레벨5가 신설됩니다.
거주지 인증을 통하여 보안등급 레벨5 인증 완료하신 회원님들은, 암호화폐 1일 출금한도가 최대 원화환산 50억원(출금 시점의 시세로 원화 환산하며 1일 누적 합산)으로 상향 조정됩니다. 단, 원화 출금한도는 레벨4와 동일합니다.
암호화폐 출금한도 상향 조정을 원하시는 회원님들께서는 아래 내용을 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

[보안등급 레벨5 출금 한도 안내]

• 암호화폐 출금한도 상향 조정
  : 기존 최대 원화환산 10억원 (1일)
  ➔ 변경 최대 원화환산 50억원 (1일)
  *1일 출금한도는 매일 오전 6시 30분에 초기화됩니다. 
  *암호화폐는 출금 시점의 원화 환산금액을 반영해 1일 출금한도가 관리됩니다.
• KRW 출금한도는 레벨4와 동일합니다.

[보안등급 레벨5 암호화폐 출금 관련 추가 유의 사항]

• 암호화폐 출금의 목적이 자금 세탁 등 불법적인 방법으로 이용되고 있음이 확인될 경우 출금이 지연되거나 불가할 수 있습니다.

[모바일앱 업데이트 관련 안내 사항]

• 모바일앱(안드로이드, 아이폰)을 통한 보안등급 레벨5 인증을 위해서는 반드시 앱 업데이트를 해주셔야 합니다.
• 웹에서 보안등급 레벨5 인증 후 모바일앱(안드로이드, 아이폰)에서 레벨 인증이 확인되지 않을 경우, 앱 업데이트를 하시면 보안등급 레벨5 인증이 확인됩니다.

• 업비트 로그인 ➔ 고객센터 ➔ 1:1 문의하기 ➔ 계정 ➔ 보안등급 5 인증 ➔ 보안등급 레벨5 인증 위한 정보 입력
• 보안등급 레벨5 인증 완료 여부는 업비트 보안인증 페이지를 통해 확인하실 수 있습니다.
  *현재 업비트 로그인을 완료하신 회원님들은 아래 링크를 통해 바로 "보안인증" 페이지에 접속하실 수 있습니다. 
  *보안인증 페이지에서 레벨 5 인증하기를 통해 1:1 문의하기 페이지로 이동 가능합니다.

[보안등급 5레벨 인증 관련 유의사항]

• 거주지 증빙서류는 발급일로 부터 3개월 이내인 경우에만 유효합니다.
• 주민등록번호/외국인등록번호/거소신고번호 뒤 6자리는 표시되지 않아야 하며, 번호 전체가 노출된 서류 업로드 시, 거주지 인증이 불가합니다.
• 외국인등록사실증명서/국내거소신고증명서 상에 표기된 가족사항은 가려 주셔야 하며 가족사항이 노출된 서류 업로드 시, 거주지 인증이 불가합니다.
• 정보 입력 시 기재하신 주소와 첨부하시는 증빙서류 상의 주소가 일치하지 않을 경우 거주지 인증이 불가합니다.

한편, 이와 같은 보안등급의 조정과 관련하여 다음과 같이 계정운영정책이 일부 변경됩니다.

[변경 내용]

• 휴면계정 운영정책 제2조
  : 기존 휴면계정으로 전환되기 전에 보안등급이 레벨 3,4, 였던 회원은 보안등급이 레벨 2로 조정되고 보안등급이 레벨 1,2였던 회원은 보안등급이 유지됩니다.
  ➔ 변경 휴면계정으로 전환되기 전에 보안등급이 레벨 3 이상이었던 회원은 보안등급이 레벨 2로 조정되고 보안등급이 레벨 1,2였던 회원은 보안등급이 유지됩니다.

[변경 일시]

• 본 운영정책은 2018. 12. 3.부터 적용됩니다.
• 변경되는 운영 정책에 대한 문의는 업비트 고객센터로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

[Information] Addition of Security Clearance Level 5 (Increased daily withdrawal limit for cryptocurrencies)

Greetings, 
As of November 26, we will be introducing Security Clearance Level 5. 
Customers approved for Security Clearance Level 5 through domicile verification will have an increased daily withdrawal limit for cryptocurrencies (up to five billion KRW based on the exchange rate of the withdrawal time / withdrawal amount aggregated daily). Note that the withdrawal limit for KRW will remain the same with Security Clearance Level 4. 
Please refer to the followings to increase your daily withdrawal limit for cryptocurrencies.

[Withdrawal limit of Security Clearance Level 5]

• Increasing the daily withdrawal limit for cryptocurrencies 
  : Before – Up to one billion KRW in cryptocurrencies (per day) 
  ➔ After – Up to five billion KRW in cryptocurrencies (per day)
• Daily withdrawal limit will be reset at 06:30 every day.
• Daily withdrawal limit will be managed based on the exchange rate of the withdrawal time.
• Withdrawal limit for KRW will remain the same

[Additional notes related to the withdrawals of cryptocurrencies by Security Clearance Level 5]

• Withdrawals may be delayed/refused if they are found to be intended for illegal purposes such as money laundering etc.

[Information on updating the mobile application]

• Mobile apps must be updated to be approved for Security Clearance Level 5 using such apps (Android, iPhone)
• If level approval can't be found on mobile apps (Android, iPhone) even after you've been approved for Security Clearance Level 5 in the web, please update your mobile app.

[How to be approved for Security Clearance Level 5]

• Login to Upbit ➔ C/S Center ➔ 1:1 Inquiries ➔ Account ➔ Approval for Security Clearance Level 5 ➔ Input information to be approved for Security Clearance Level 5
• You can check whether the approval has been completed by visiting Upbit Security Approval page.
• Customers currently logged into Upbit can move to the Security Approval page by clicking the link below.
• From the Security Approval page, you can move to the 1:1 Inquiries page via "Approval for Level 5."

[Notes related to the approval for Security Clearance Level 5]

• Documents verifying the domicile are valid only when they are issued three months or less before the submission date.
• The last six digits of the resident registration number/foreign registration number/domicile report number should be omitted. Verification of domicile will not take place in case documents are submitted with all numbers shown.
• Verification of domicile will not be unavailable in case the address inputted for user information and the address on the documents don't match. 
  Meanwhile, due to the above changes in security clearance levels, our policy for account operation will partially change as follows.

[Change of policy]

• Article 2 of the Operation Policy for Dormant Accounts 
  : Before – Before turning the accounts to a dormant state, the security clearance levels of customers with Security Clearance Level 3 & 4 were changed to Security Clearance Level 2 while the security clearance levels of customers with Security Clearance Level 1 & 2 remained the same. 
  ➔ After - Before turning the accounts to a dormant state, the security clearance levels of customers with Security Clearance Level 3 and above are changed to Security Clearance Level 2 while the security clearance levels of customers with Security Clearance Level 1 & 2 remain the same.

• The revised operation policy above will be applied starting December 3, 2018
