지난 11월 16일 비트코인캐시(BCH) 하드포크 후
비트코인캐시(BCH, 이하 BCH), 비트코인에스브이(BSV, 이하 BSV)의 네트워크 안정성이 확인되어 
2018-11-20 오전 중으로 입출금 지원을 개시할 예정입니다. (입출금 지원 개시 시, 본 공지를 통해 추가 안내 드리겠습니다.)

BCH, BSV 입출금 지원과 관련하여 아래와 같이 유의사항을 안내드리니,
두 암호화폐의 입출금 진행 시 반드시 아래 유의사항을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

[BCH, BSV 입출금 유의 사항]
BCH, BSV 입출금 진행 시 반드시 본 입출금 유의 사항을 확인해주시기 바랍니다.
1) 비트코인캐시(BCH) 입금 주소 신규 발급 필요

• BCH 하드포크로 인해 월렛 업그레이드가 진행되었습니다.
• 이에 따라 BCH의 경우, 반드시 입금 주소를 새로 발급 받으셔야 합니다.
• 개인 지갑 혹은 타거래소에서 기존 BCH 입금 주소로 BCH를 입금하실 경우, 업비트 지갑에 입금 반영이 되지 않으며 오입금 복구에 수 주의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

2) 입금 주소 내 프리픽스 "bitcoincash:" 추가

• 지난 11월 16일 BCH 하드포크 진행으로 인해 BCH, BSV 입금 주소 첫 부분에 프리픽스"bitcoincash:"가 추가되었습니다.
• BCH, BSV 입금 주소 사용 시, 반드시 프리픽스를 포함해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 다만, 프리픽스를 지원하지 않는 타거래소에서 BCH, BSV를 출금하실 경우, 프리픽스를 포함하지 않고 출금을 진행하셔도 업비트 지갑으로 정상 입금 가능합니다. (예: 비트렉스)

3) BCH, BSV 입출금 진행 시, 암호화폐명 확인 필수

• 비트코인캐시(BCH)와 비트코인에스브이(BSV)는 동일한 주소 형식을 사용합니다.
• 이에 입출금 진행 시 반드시 암호화폐명을 확인하신 뒤 입출금을 진행해주시기 바랍니다. 동일 암호화폐가 아닌 다른 암호화폐의 주소로 입출금 진행 시, 오입금 복구에 수 주의 시간이 소요될 수 있으니 이 점 반드시 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

현재 여러 커뮤니티 및 거래소에서 두 암호화폐(BCH, BSV)를 지칭하는 명칭이 일원화되어 있지 않아,
많은 회원 분들이 이와 관련하여 혼란을 겪고 있으실 것으로 판단됩니다. 
이에 현재 업비트에서 거래 지원 중인 BCH와 BSV에 대한 정확한 정보를 안내 드립니다.

1) 비트코인캐시(BCH) - BCHABC, BAB

• 업비트 거래 지원 마켓 : BCH/KRW, BCH/BTC, BCH/ETH, BCH/USDT
• 비트코인캐시(BCH)는 ABC노드(관련 주요 인사 : 우지한, 로저버)로 운영되며, 이는 타거래소의 BCHABC, BAB와 동일합니다.
• 타거래소의 BCHABC, BAB는 반드시 업비트 BCH 지갑 주소로 입금하셔야 합니다. BSV 지갑 주소로 입금 진행 시, 오입금 복구에 수주의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

2) 비트코인에스브이(BSV) - BCHSV

• 업비트 거래 지원 마켓 : BSV/KRW, BSV/BTC
• 비트코인에스브이(BSV, 비트코인사토시비전)는 SV노드(관련 주요 인사 : 크레이그)로 운영되며, 이는 타거래소의 BCHSV, BSV와 동일합니다.
• 타거래소의 BCHSV, BSV는 반드시 업비트 BSV 지갑 주소로 입금하셔야 합니다. BCH 지갑 주소로 입금 진행 시, 오입금 복구에 수 주의 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.

3) BCH, BSV 기타 안내 사항

• 암호화폐 시장 상황에 따라 BCH와 BSV의 심볼 및 명칭이 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 공지를 통해 안내드리겠습니다.

BCH, BSV 입출금 진행 시, 위에 입출금 유의 사항 반드시 확인 부탁드리며, 
BCH의 경우, 기존 입금 주소 사용이 불가하니 반드시 새로 입금 주소를 발급해 주시기를 다시 한 번 당부 드립니다.
기존 입금 주소로 입금 시, 오입금 복구에 오랜 시간이 소요될 수 있으니 이 점 유의해주시기 바랍니다.

[Cryptocurrency] Support for the withdrawals/deposits of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) / Notes while executing withdrawals/deposits

Greetings,

After the hardfork of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) on Nov 16, Upbit has confirmed the network stability of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV), and is planning to support the withdrawals/deposits of the coins before the noon of November 20, 2018. (We will make an additional announcement when withdrawals/deposits resume.)

While supporting the withdrawals/deposits of BCH and BSV, we will like to provide the following notes and guidelines. We strongly recommend our customers to read the following notes/guidelines before executing withdrawals/deposits of the coins.

[Notes/guidelines for executing withdrawals/deposits of BCH and BSV] 
Before executing withdrawals/deposits of BCH and BSV, make sure to read the following notes/guidelines. 
1) Getting a new deposit address for BCH

• Wallets have been upgraded due to the hardfork of BCH.
• Therefore, you must get a new deposit address for BCH.
• In case you make deposits to the previous BCH addresses of your personal/other exchanges' wallets, the deposits won't go through Upbit's wallet and it will take weeks to restore such mis-sent amount.

2) Adding a prefix "bitcoincash:" in the deposit address

• Due to the BCH hardfork on November 16, a prefix "bitcoincash:" has been added to the first part of the deposit addresses of BCH and BSV.
• When using the deposit addresses of BCH and BSV, make sure to include the prefix.
• However, when withdrawing BCH or BSV from other exchanges which don't support the prefix, deposit to Upbit's wallet will take place normally even without the prefix. (ie: withdrawal from Bittrex etc)

3) Checking the name of the coin when withdrawing/depositing BCH or BSV

• BCH and BSV uses the same address format.
• Therefore, it is essential that you check the name of the coin before executing withdrawals/deposits. 
  ** In case withdrawals/deposits are made to an address of a different token/coin, it might take weeks to recover the mis-sent amount. Please use caution when withdrawing/depositing BCH or BSV.

[Additional information regarding Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV)] 
We understand that our customers must be somewhat confused as the names of the two coins (BCH, BSV) haven't been unified among various communities and exchanges. Through this announcement, we wish to provide accurate information on BCH and BSV, both tradable at our exchange.

1) Bitcoin Cash (BCH) - BCHABC, BAB

• Tradable at: BCH/KRW, BCH/BTC, BCH/ETH and BCH/USDT markets
• Bitcoin Cash (BCH) is operated by the ABC node (Key players: Jihan Wu, Roger Ver), and BCH is also called BCHABC or BAB in other exchanges.
• BCHABC/BAB of other exchanges must be sent to the BCH wallet address of Upbit. Sending BCHABC/BAB to a BSV wallet address may result in weeks of work for recovery.

2) Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) - BCHSV

• Tradable at: BSV/KRW, BSV/BTC markets
• Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) is operated by the SV node (Key players: Craig Wright), and BSV is also called BCHSV or BSV in other exchanges.
• BCHSV/BSV of other exchanges must be sent to the BSV wallet address of Upbit. Sending BCHSV/BSV to a BCH wallet address may result in weeks of work for recovery.

3) Other information regarding BCH and BSV

• The symbol and name of BCH/BSV are subject to change based on the cryptocurrency market condition. We will make a separate announcement In case such change takes place.

Please make sure to read and understand the announcement above before executing withdrawals/deposits for BCH/BSV.

We would like to emphasize once again that "the previous deposit addresses of BCH can't be used. Make sure to get a new deposit address for BCH." 
In case of depositing BCH to previous addresses, it might take weeks to recover the mis-sent amount. Please keep this in mind.
