엄격하고 투명한 컴플라이언스 제도를 시행하고 있습니다.

For our customers' concerns regarding the results of the prosecutory inspection and 

suspicion to the market involvement of exchanges, we are here announcing our official stance.

Bithumb, as one of the leading cryptocurrency exchanges, is providing its maximum effort 

by complying with the related laws and policies to create the healthy trading environment.

To uphold the elementary principal of exchange being not involved in trading, 

Bithumb does not do any actions related to market involvement such as false trading or wash sales.

And also, for the law-abiding management, Bithumb has been running a clean compliance environment 

by setting the watch-system to prevent the company from trading in the market and the employees 

from trading in market during working hours. 

Bithumb will always put its best effort to provide a clean and trustful service to our customers 

and for the development of crypto-industry.
